A sound bath meditation is a group relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants 'bathe' in the sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums, singing bowls, crystal bowls, the ocean drum and much more. And "No" despite the images some people have everyone does not get naked and jump into a bath!!

Bring your yoga mat, eye pillow, blanket, cosy socks and anything else needed for your complete comfort, as you take the opportunity to completly switch off, tune in and bliss out. No need to do anything, just surrender and release as Olga leads you on a magical sound healing journey.
